A Healthy Mind and Body

Too often we overlook the importance of preventive maintenance for our mind and body. Daily exercise is crucial for a healthy body and pleasant thoughts are good for a healthy mind. So off to the gym I go this morning for my aerobic dance class and I will carry with me pleasant thought . Then back to the drawing board to work on my book promotion

Happy Anniversary to me! (Johnny too) Today is our 10th wedding anniversary.
